Services provided by appointment only. Please call 937-573-3518 for an appointment. Due to COVID19 only one patient at a time will be allowed except in the case of a minor - one custodial adult may come in with one child. Face covering are recommended and encouraged.
Health care for infants, children, and young adults. The Well Child Clinic serves children from birth to age 20.
Appointments are available. Clinics are located in Troy.
Medicaid, Healthy Start, and Medicaid Managed Care plans are accepted.
