Reproductive Health & Wellness Planning

Miami County Public Health is now offering extended hours for the Reproductive Health & Wellness/Family Planning clinics. 

Please call 937-573-3518 for an appointment. Telehealth and same day appointments are available. Face coverings are recommended and encouraged. 

Our Reproductive Health/Family Planning clinic offers confidential services to help individuals plan the timing and size of their family.

  • Services include yearly exams for men and women
  • HIV and STD testing
    • For more informaiton on free condoms and free Test-At-Home HIV tests visit: www.OHIV.org or call the HIV Hotline at 1-800-332-2437** 
  • Pregnancy Testing
  • Birth control options (including Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptives)
  • Guidance to help establish a Reproductive Life Plan, health education, referrals, and more.

The clinic is staffed by an OB/GYN for women and a Family Practitioner for men. We want to welcome 2 Nurse Practitioners to our clinic. They will allow us to offer expanded hours and services. 

Confidential services provided. Family participation is recommended but not required for those under age 18. Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care plans, and private insurance accepted. A sliding fee scale will be used for those without medical insurance.

Jenni Doseck

Jenni Doseck, FNP, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Cincinnati, and her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Wright State University. She has served as a nurse practitioner, working in women's health, since 2007. 
Jenni enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is married to her husband, Bob, and they have 5 children. In her spare time, Jenni enjoys watching her children's extracurricular activities, traveling, gardening and exercising. 

Michele Josefovsky

Michele Josefovsky, FNP earned her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, OH in 2009. She has served as a nurse practitioner specializing in Women's Health, Family practice, and internal medicine. 
Michele is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2012. 
Michele enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also loves animals, especially her black lab Remington.
